Online arbitration fees
Sending the invitation is free. Fees are only due once the other party accepts. The proceedings start once the claimant has paid the fee in advance. The arbitrator decides in the award who bears the costs; as a rule the losing party, unless the parties agree otherwise (e.g. a 50/50 split).
The applicable Judial fee is determined by the amount in dispute and selected add-ons.

Additional fee: 25%.
Three days is a procedural target, not a guarantee.

Additional fee: EUR 400.
